Kerry has provided trainings for diverse staff teams with how to apply an attachment and trauma informed approach in working with children, youth, and families. Kerry is a certified Circle of Security facilitator and a certified Connect Parent facilitator. Kerry is especially passionate about supporting parents on their parenting journey.

  • Kerry recognizes that while parenting is rewarding, it is hard. Navigating your child’s diverse needs while managing your own life struggles can be difficult. Kerry uses an attachment approach, supporting parents to understand their child’s needs through their behaviour. The greatest impact you have on your child’s behaviour is through your relationship. Kerry works with parents of children all ages in supporting them to build a healthy attachment relationship to weather life’s storms.

  • Kerry has worked with youth in various settings for over 20 years. Kerry meets each youth where they are at to understand their unique challenges and struggles. By building a strong therapeutic alliance, Kerry supports youth in understanding their needs, communication patterns, and supports them in building resiliency.

  • Kerry understands that all families are unique, as is each family member. Kerry works with families to identify communication patterns, supporting each family member to understand their needs and how to effectively communicate those needs.
